Juliette was originally abused and left at an animal shelter. She's now up for adoption because of her new family's allergies. She likes playing fetch and is good with cats and kids. She doesn't like other dogs. Her working ability is untested, although she has a very strong herding instinct and will herd kids and cats. He knows commands for sit, stay, down, and come. Juliette also knows give paw. She is crate trained. She gets nervous and scared when left home alone and would do best with someone who has a lot of time for her.

Rio Baby --- (posted 7/1/03) --- Approximately 4 year old black and white rough coat male Border Collie. Rio's weight is approximately 50 lbs. He has not been neutered. He has not gotten any medical care. It is not know if Rio is is heartworm negative. Rio is not housetrained.
Rio is a very lovable dog. He loves my children and likes to play with them. He is curious about cats and hasn't tried to harm any. He constantly wants to chase cars and herd people. I live in town and cannot stand to have him chained up. The children and I do not have enough time to give him the attention and exercise that he needs. We sincerely want to find him a good, loving home for him that has plenty of space for him to run and play.
Rio is currently located in Kentucky.

Bob --- (posted 8/7/02) --- Approximately 3 year old red and white smooth
coat male Border Collie. Bob's weight is approximately 35 lbs. Bob has been
neutered, dewormed and vaccinated for rabies and DHLPP. He is heartworm negative
and is on heartworm preventative. Bob's been in a barn most of his life so he
is not housetrained.
Bob is in rescue because the owner has too many dogs. He is good with other
dogs, strangers, cats and kids and likes water and car rides. Bob's working
ability is unknown although he shows the instinct and could probably be taught.
He does know commands for "sit", "down" and "stay".
Bob is a very loving dog. He would make a great companion for someone. He has no destructive habits and doesn't eat much. The only drawback to Bob is that he is in need of attention and he just wants someone to love.
Bob is currently located in Kentucky.
