1 Year 6 Months Old Male Border Collie Charlie Brown was surrendered with three younger Border Collie puppies (about four months). Their breeder was not able to place them and brought them to the shelter to find homes. Charlie Brown needs a home that can teach him to trust people again. He is a sweet boy who just wants to be loved. Charlie Brown is being fostered by Blue Ridge Veterinary Clinic in Banner Elk/Foscoe.
