Roscoe: A fine example of Border Collie. He is pretty shy but not a bit mean.We would love it if a rescue that knows this breed would contact us. Roscoe is HW- and already neutered at 1-2 yrs old.

Heard back from Ann with CBCR who said......

Our group has been in contact with this Humane Society. They have a
potential adopter for him. He is fairly safe here.
