Does anyone have any information on Rookie's Rescue out of Tennessee? A friend is looking to adopt a dog from the point of contact, Ann Cox, and the communication sounds very suspicious....

I'm wondering if you had any feedback on Rookue's Rescue. We're looking to adopt from them but I can't find any info.
