Healthwise vs Innova

I know the same company makes these two foods, but I am wondering if anyone has tried comparing them. On a basic level Innova is higher in calories and contains rice, while Healthwise is lower in calories and uses oatmeal instead of rice. Any observations about how dogs reacts to these two diets?
