[i]This sweet puppy was found by a friend of mine, a compassionate Dekalb County resident who has rescued and fostered countless dogs and cats, mostly from his own neighborhood where residents neglect their pets, do not spay/neuter and let their pets roam free to be hit by cars. My friend found the owner of the puppy, and the owner told him he has no money for veterinary care, so the puppy is now my friend's responsibility.... and he doesn't want to give up on him. He is trying to raise money for the surgery to repair the puppy's broken pelvis.
