Home Visit Help--Castle Rock CO

Hi, my name is Kathy and I am a volunteer with Great Lakes Border Collie Rescue and reside in Indiana. I have a dog that I am fostering who is completely unsocialized, came from a hoarder situation. I have an applicant who is interested in him that lives in Castle Rock, CO--it is a long story as to how he came to apply to us. I am not opposed to adopting to someone outside of our region, but do not want to do so without a home visit. This boy is very special in that he was the bottom of the pack and will completely shut down when nervous. He really needs a home that can understand his needs/mentality. Is someone in the area of Castle Rock that may be able to do a home visit for me? Thanks for any help you can give me.
