Help [Rowlett, Texas] - NLA

Saw a post on my vet's Facebook site that a Border Collie might be euthanized if not adopted by Friday (apparent he is at the local shelter). Why is it impossible to find phone numbers for all the rescues groups? I have emailed a few but worry that time is wasted doing that.

The dog is in Rowlett, Texas and the vet's number is 972-412-0101. Animal Hospital of Rowlett.....

Border Collie Mix our Practice Manager found. He is at the Rowlett shelter and only has until Friday to be picked up by his family (or a potential new one). Help him and his friend!
