This girl is sweet and eager to please. She is 2 years old and her activity level is still high. She needs to eat twice each day to keep her weight. Good with other dogs and cats. Does well on a leash.

From what I learned living in Norfolk for a LONG time, this is a very really possibility :( There were pit fighting rings broken up regularly. I wish I was still there. I would pull her in heart beat. I don't have any contacts left there that could handle a BC. I'll be there on March 7th for 10 days. I f she's still there, I can bring her north for someone.

Ugggh. Let me know if you need transport help- if someone can get her close enough to CT, I can give a hand, but I think I will be the one needing rehoming if I take on another foster.

Will do. I've been making plans for a move to GA within the next few years. That day couldn't come soon enough.

My ideal home is acres and acres of land. Will do :D

Though, for starters, I think it'll be more of a college rent instead. Dogs permitted, of course. Still working on my degree.

I just checked Craigslist and the post is still there but that doesn't mean much, frequently they are not updated.
But, did you actually get on http://www.craigslist.com, then go to VA., then go to Hampton Roads (Norfolk), then go to pets, then search for border collie, then find the Tidewater post, and then hit the reply button in the post? If not, I will later on tonight when I get a chance and see if the dog is still available. I did respond to that
poster to let them know I was posting the dog here, and I heard nothing back from them.

Also, I don't know if you post on craigslist or not, but you might consider it for things like getting dogs to airports when you are working with Pilotsnpaws. I did a courtesy post for a similar situation in NC, and I couldn't believe all the responses I got from people wanting to help!

No. I did e-mail them the other night, and got no response. I e-mailed another person that was interested in her and they didn't get a response either. A third person thinks it is some kind of scam to get e-mail addresses. Pathetic. Now should I just remove the whole post? The dog is still listed on Craigslist but evidently for whatever reason the poster isn't responding.
