Hi, My name isTrooper!
I am a tri-coloredBorder Collie about 2-3 years old. I came in to the shelter very skinny andhungry. I was covered in fleas, so my adopted humans gave me some flea medicineand a bath. I must say, I already feel better. They have also beenfeeding me wet food since my teeth are filed down. They say it's because I wasprobably eating rocks and other hard objects to avoid starving to death.
I know I am not muchto look at now, I have severe hair loss and you can see every bone in mybody. But I know with a little TLC, I will blossom into a handsome youngman! I'm ready to give unconditional love and hope to receive itback. My life has been hard, but I feel like I've been given a new leashon life and I hope that someone can take me in and help me get back on mypaws. Oh, and my adopted humans have already warned me that I will need tobe neutered, Yikes!
