Hi, I would be willing to help transport about three hour drive around Richmond, Va. Additionally , I live about 5 minutes away from New Kent County airport which is a very small airport that the PilotsnPaws pilots might like to use. I spoke to the manager of the airport and he sent an e-mail out to pilots that frequently use the airport. He thought the program was great, and I also posted some flyers there. So that might be a plan, if dogs get flown into New Kent I can transport them a few hours towards their destination.

Hey, just a quick question. I live very close to a small airport, and actually know pilot (who also works there) who has his own plane. Is there a website I could forward to him, and maybe he could pass the info along?

You should contact Nancy (MuttsMom) she has been doing ALOT of coordinating with Pilots and Paws and is always looking for pilots to help other posters on the message board.

Actually if you check the Pilots n Paws website, they already have a printable flyer that is very nice. You can print them up and take them to your local airport. I did that and also asked the airport manager if he was familiar with the program. He wasn't so we looked at it on his computer. He thought it was so neat, and before my eyes e-mailed the website to his list of pilots in the area. It would also be nice to be able to send them a web link with their group and the Greenville rescue/transport.
