Thanks everyone. Molly, yes, photography is MY obsession. LOL. My dog has her's (tennis balls), I have mine. I'd be happy to contribute some photography to help some local dogs find good homes!

The image on the couch was just taking advantage of the natural, soft diffused light from a very overcast day (window directly across from the couch) by cracking the curtains just enough to wrap her in some pretty light. These BC's are a challenge to photograph - their split faces drive most digital sensors crazy trying to figure out whether to expose for the black or the white!

Here is another one I shot of her on New Year's Day. We were working on tying camera clicks to treats. She figured out that reward system pretty quick -- now, I think I have a model for life!

Another very pretty shot. I stuggle with white balance when shooting all 3 of my girls together since Gracie's face is mostly black, Lillie's face is mostly white and Hannah has a split face. I still have a lot to learn.

Oh I so love the pictures! What camera do you have? I have Nikon DLSR and I want to create a photoblog.

Your dog in that leather sofa is so cute! Good thing, she has white markings so you can spot her right away when she's on it. Lol!
Money will buy a fine Border Collie dog, but only kindness will make him wag his tail.
