I can also put you in touch with Sara, the woman who sent the email--just contact me if you'd like her email address. Although the shelter is just about an hour south of me, I am not a great local contact because of communication I exchanged with the shelter director and the county executive after an especially bad incident about a year ago.
Sara's email did go to four other email addresses, some of which I recognized as being involved in East and West TN BCR. So I believe those folks have been alerted to Chenille's need.
