Please see link for contact information......Edgar was a stray and is a courtesty post through the Pulaski HS. This probably means his status is flexible.
He has some type of hip/back injury that is not disabling.
Described as easy going and low maintenence!

I just talked to this dog's owner and he is no longer available. I'm guessing he has found a home.
