Looks like a pretty girl who may be a little overwhelmed.

Meet Connie. She is a sweet 1 year old border collie mix who came to the shelter with her friend Girlie Girl when there owner became overwhelmed with the number of animals that they had. She is a nice dog who would love a family of her very own. Please contact us about making Connie a member of your family today.

I saw this poor girl, but she's actually in a no-kill. If she doesn't relax and adapt, I hope they can get her into a foster home.

The Carroll County Humane Society is a NO-KILL Animal Shelter in McKenzie, West Tennessee. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, with funding coming entirely from private contributions, bequeaths, fundraising and grants. We care for approximately 250 animals at one time in a building we've purchased and in foster homes.
