Cute little bc in a terrible shelter.
There is usually pull and hold help available as well as vet transport.

Kelso also in the Columbia shelter. There is a rescue there if anyone is interested in Kippy or Kelso. They might be able to pull and hold. There are also shelter volunteers available to pull and take to the vet.

Merging mainly because Kippy clearly takes after the "other" parent...but they would seem to be littermates nonetheless!
