This poor dog needs a safe home quick! Limited information but he is a young Border Collie, likes to chase cars, so he would need a fenced yard, but desperately needs a loving home. A foster volunteer with ARCBCR that is near DC can foster this boy. She is calling the shelter now about him. She may need a one week temp. foster in the Lynchburg area for a week/ or help with the pull. I will let you know what she finds out and what she may need help with.

The contact for this boy called me back today, said he isn't at the shelter, she was sure it was Blue Ridge that got him, and that she didn't put him on petfinder, doesn't know who did and she doesn't know how to get it off!
He is SAFE
