My name is Rome and I'm 1 1/2 years old. My breed appears to be a Border Collie mix. I have long black and white fur. My feet are white with black speckles on them. I'm a gentle boy who would love to have a second chance at love and friendship. I've been described as a chase player so it would not be wise to let me roam free close to busy roads or if you have horses who are afraid of dogs. I don't mean any harm by chasing since I just find it amusing. I have been recently neutered and my vaccinations are all up-to-date.
